Trybe creator programs, managed and scaled on Meta.
Office of Influence is a managed service for brands using Trybe. We build and run your UGC creator program, then turn the best creator content into whitelisted and Partnership Ads on Meta that scale.
The problem
Collecting creator content is the easy part.
Trybe makes it simple to recruit creators, approve submissions and push UGC to Meta. Most brands still lose the value in the setup: briefs that produce unusable content, payouts that attract the wrong creators, and ad accounts that cannot scale creator ads past a few thousand dollars.
The Office runs the whole system, from the creator brief to the budget on Meta.

Everyday Better Club: $20K to $1M a month in 12 months.
When the partnership began, Everyday Better Club was doing roughly $20,000 a month. The two teams built the creator program on Trybe together. Everyday Better Club brought the product, the brand and a community creators wanted to be part of. The Office designed the program and the Meta system that turned creator content into ads that scale.
Eight months in, the brand was doing about $600,000 a month. At twelve months it reached about $1 million a month, with ad spend scaled 2.6 times as the program kept supplying fresh creator ads. Over the same period the brand grew its own following from a few thousand to more than 200,000.
That is the model Office of Influence runs today: a brand worth talking about, and a system built to scale it.

Procedure
How Office of Influence works.
- Step 1
Build the program
Briefs, commissions and retainers set up in Trybe to attract creators who make content that sells.
- Step 2
Recruit and approve
Creators are vetted and every submission is reviewed against what performs in your ad account.
- Step 3
Launch on Meta
Approved UGC goes live as whitelisted and Partnership Ads in an account structure built for testing.
- Step 4
Scale
Winning creators and angles get budget. Spend grows while efficiency holds.
Memo
Why not run it yourself?
A creator program has many places to go wrong: the brief, the payout model, which creators to keep, which content to run. The most expensive mistake comes last, in the Meta setup. Creator ads that are not structured for testing and scaling burn budget and never reach their potential.
At the Office, that setup is run by a Meta expert, so the system is efficient and built to scale from the first dollar.

Questions on file
Frequently asked.
What is Trybe?
Trybe is a creator marketing platform where brands run UGC creator programs, approve content, pay creators and push approved content to Meta as ads. Office of Influence runs that program for you.
Do I need my own Trybe account?
Yes. The program runs in your brand's Trybe account, so you keep the creators, the content and the data. The Office sets it up and operates it.
Who owns the creator content?
Usage rights are set in each creator agreement on Trybe. The Office sets them so the content can run as paid ads on Meta.
How much ad spend do I need?
Creator content earns its return when it runs as ads. Share your current monthly spend in the inquiry form and the Office will tell you whether the program fits.
Do you also run our other paid media?
Yes. Paid media on Meta and Google is the Office's core work, and most clients have both run together.
What does it cost?
Fees are discussed once your file has been reviewed. Trybe charges its own platform fee separately.
